A Buyer's Broker can be best explained as having your own attorney
when you go to court. Under no circumstances is the attorney for the
defendant the same as the attorney for the plaintiff! Even though in
California it is customary for the selling Broker to represent a buyer,
in some states it is illegal to represent both parties, like in the
courtroom example above.
